The selected candidate will join a fully remote, dynamic team that is responsible for attracting and engaging executive-level audiences across Health Evolution’s range of in-person and virtual events and initiatives. Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing Operations, the Marketing Manager is responsible for creating content and campaigns to grow our community of health care leaders. The ideal candidate can track and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and ensure that our marketing materials are in line with our brand identity. The Marketing Manager will turn creative ideas into effective campaigns while building and maintaining a strong and consistent brand.
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategies and tactics to engage diverse audiences with Health Evolution and drive qualified leads
- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution to include design and production of collateral, website management, social media and direct mail.
- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, and performance analysis
- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups; to include managing website updates
- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendors
- Manage community relations communication to include email management and correspondence with executive teams
- Liaise with Programming and Sales teams to create effective sales enablement content and collateral
- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals
- Analyze member behavior and adjust email and marketing campaigns accordingly
Qualifications
What You Will Need to Be Successful
- A Bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related field, or equivalent work experience
- 3 years of experience identifying target audiences and developing successful marketing campaigns across various channels
- 1 years of experience in a professional services or event environment
- Knowledge of website analytic tools (i.e. Google Analytics) is a plus
- Experience in health care industry is a plus, but not required
- Ability to travel up to 20% for annual on-sight events (as needed)

- Skilled in relationship building, communications (verbal/written), follow-up and follow-through
- Ability to effectively work remotely with limited oversight but also collaboratively as a team player to achieve overall department goals and objectives
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects with varied deadlines
- Adaptable and self-motivated in learning new software and processes to improve marketing efforts
