HealthFitness is looking for Group Class Instructors to join the team at our client sites located in Narragansett, Rhode Island, and the surrounding areas. In this position you will provide fun, effective and safe group exercise to members participating in the program such as yoga, dance, weight training, and circuit. This is a position teaching 1 or more classes per week and/or working on an as-needed basis. Immediate availability for regularly scheduled classes on Tuesday mornings in Narragansett. Additional classes available and take place Monday-Friday between the hours of 9am-4pm. Minimum Requirements Current group exercise instructor certification from ACE, AFAA/NASM, ACSM, NETA, NCCPT, or other NCCA nationally accredited specialty class certification required. Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required. Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required. Compensation: $30-$35 per class, based on certifications and experience.
