Job Posting for Home Health RN Case Manager at Health Masters Homecare
Experienced Home Health RN needed in Central and NorthernTarrant County for Home Health agency based in Fort Worth.
Key skills needed are: wound care including wound vacs, IV administration
and lab draws, medication management, ostomy care and trach care.
Service area is Tarrant County with majority of patients being located
inside the 820 loop.
Per visit pay is as follows: Admissions/Recertifications and Resumptions-$120.00; Visits-$60.00. In addition, all visits will earn a trip fee of $6.50 per visit.
Experience with Kinnser (Wellsky) software is preferred.
