What you’ll do
The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining and tracking multiple project schedules including collateral and promotional material production, campaign and event execution, and marketing deliverable requests from other areas of the company. In this role, they will assist others in the marketing department with project as needed; responsibilities can vary greatly depending on the project.
The Marketing Coordinator is someone that possess strong interpersonal skills (a people person), and is adept at both project and time management. This person will be relied on to keep the marketing team on track and on schedule. This role requires exceptional verbal and nonverbal communication, an ability to listen, take direction, and remain calm and productive while under stress of tight deadlines. The right person for this role thrives in a team environment, is flexible, keeps a positive attitude, and open to others ideas and input.
In this role, you’ll also:
- Support the marketing department's initiatives with planning, executing, and tracking of marketing projects
- Maintain the department production schedule to ensure all printed and production materials meet quality standards and delivery deadlines
- Manage marketing promotional product inventory including receiving inventory, organizing and moving inventory, packing and shipping supplies out to events and individuals. This will require being in the Westborough office on one or more days a week. This roles’ remote vs. in-office schedule will be driven, in part, by the events schedule.
- Assist with event support coordination
- Monitor and report on campaign performance including analyzing key metrics by accessing the
company’s campaign management systems - Maintain and manage the marketing document library
What you bring
- High School diploma or combination of education, related experience or training. Associates or bachelor’s degree in marketing or marketing related field of study is a nice to have but not required
- 1-3 years of relevant experience in marketing, project or event management and coordination
- Confidence working in both a remote and onsite team atmosphere
- Must be able to work in a team environment and be a strong participant within the role requirements
- Strong organizational and project management skills, as well as attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a self-starter and able to independently move projects forward, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Drive to learn all aspects of marketing
- Analytical skills, ability to analyze metrics and create reports
- High level of creativity
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint is required
- Knowledge of CRM is a plus but not required
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud products, including InDesign and Acrobat is a plus but not required
Occasional travel may be required
