Requirements
- Working w/ Accounts Receivable and Payables, with a primary focus on Payables
- Manage Time & Billing
- Manage Deposit Account Entries for Multiple Locations (Currently 10 with more on the way)
- Prepare Financials
- Must have 2 or more years experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper
- Attention to detail & accuracy is critical
- Experience in a CPA Office setting is preferred
- Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of QuickBooks Desktop
- Advanced computer literacy & typing skills
- Effective & Efficient written and verbal communication skills
- Experience w/ Paylocity HR & Payroll System preferred, but not required
Salary : $43,800 - $55,500
