Xray Technician Chester, PA
We are looking for a dedicated and motivated Xray Technician to join our medical team part time or full time in Chester, PA. Ideally, we are looking for an energetic, punctual, responsible, and hard-working person. We have several multispecialty offices around the Philadelphia area are looking for a great addition to our already stellar team! Must be able to remain organized while managing multiple details, communicate effectively, and be able to multitask. Ideally, the incoming X-ray has knowledge of human anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology, is proficient in a variety of imaging techniques, and a bonus if they are trained in phlebotomy/MA skills. Fluent in Spanish or Chinese is a plus. Experience working in an Urgent Care or medical environment is preferred but we will consider recent grads. We have several offices around the greater Philadelphia area and the X-ray tech will potentially be rotating through all offices (Upper Darby, Havertown, NE Philadelphia, Philly -Brewery town area, and Chester).

Duties:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures using X-ray, CT, PET scan, and sonography equipment
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and answering any questions
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate images
- Operate imaging equipment and adjust settings to ensure high-quality images
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures
- If capable- Perform venipuncture, lab work, front desk tasks, triage, and vitals as needed
- Proficient in performing diagnostic evaluations and using medical imaging equipment
- Experience working in an Urgent Care or fast-paced medical environment is preferred but recent grads will be considered
- Familiarity with a variety of imaging techniques, including X-ray, CT, PET scan, and sonography
- Ability to speak Spanish or Chinese is preferred
- Part time or full time. Will require some weekend coverage.
