Position Overview:

For this in-office/hybrid full time role, we are seeking a dynamic and innovative Marketing Manager to execute, manage, and report on the marketing efforts that drive the growth of our hearing care businesses. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, an analytical mindset, strong strategic thinking skills, as well as a proven track record of developing, executing, and reporting on various marketing campaigns. Additional valuable skills include a deep understanding of SEM/SEO, WordPress, WooCommerce, and spreadsheet manipulation.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement comprehensive marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive patient acquisition, and promote our services across multiple channels with a primary focus on the Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify growth opportunities, analyze competitor activities, stay informed about industry trends, and be knowledgeable about current and upcoming product lines
  • Collaborate with the Chief Marketing Officer, Creative Director, Content Writer, and external vendors to develop marketing collateral, including print materials, email marketing assets, web pages, blog articles, digital content/ads, and multimedia assets
  • Manage digital marketing initiatives, including website optimization, email/text marketing campaigns, web chat, and online advertising
  • Build and maintain relationships with company leadership, providers, and patient care coordinators
  • Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, track key metrics, and prepare regular reports to evaluate effectiveness and ROI
  • Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and ensure all marketing activities comply with relevant guidelines and standards
  • Track marketing expenses and optimize spending to achieve maximum impact
  • Work inside patient management systems to export patient lists based on specific criteria and prepare them using pre-prepared spreadsheet formulas to finalize lists for email campaigns, text blasts, direct mail, and our outbound call center.
  • Oversee the weekly scoring of call leads, provide support when needed, and review the progress of the scorers to ensure reporting timeliness and accuracy
  • Support the upkeep and management of our group’s websites
  • Communicate and collaborate with external marketing vendors and support managing our relationships with them
  • Implement new tools, platforms, or systems as needed
  • Update and manage various weekly and monthly reports for company leadership
  • Help CMO maintain and improve inbound phone systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in the healthcare or medical device industry
  • Ability to be on-site (non-remote) during business hours
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Creative mindset with a demonstrated ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns and messaging
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, SemRush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, email marketing software, and social media management tools
  • Competency working in website CMS and e-commerce platforms WordPress and WooCommerce.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances
  • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes and driving business growth
  • Mastery of KPI reporting and spreadsheet/pivot table creation and manipulation within Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets
  • Experience working with CRM platforms and adapting them to fit particular needs

Compensation:

  • $65,000-$80,000/yr commensurate with experience
