HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Marketing Specialist to fill an opening with a Health Plan Company in Rancho Cucamonga, CA.

Daily Responsibilities for Marketing Specialist:

• Under the direction of department leadership, the Marketing Specialist II provides guidance to the Marketing Specialist I on all marketing projects and campaigns and is the liaison between marketing and internal and external clients on the development and execution of marketing campaigns, projects, and events. 
• The Marketing Specialist II is responsible for tracking, updating, and reporting project status, and envisioning and preventing potential issues with marketing projects, to include providing real-time issue resolution to all aspects of work with printing, mailing, production, financial and delivery issues.
• Shift: M-F, 8-5 or 9-6 PST; HYBRID work model, must be able to travel in office 2-3 days a week
   

• Bachelor's in marketing or related field (will take high school diploma if candidates has extensive experience with another healthcare company)
• 5 years of marketing experience, looking for experience leading marketing projects
• Ability to envision a marketing project from inception to completion and identify and avoid potential issues
• Experience with Business financial processes and procedures
• Computer Skills: Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), Adobe Acrobat Pro
• Experience with project management software
• Soft skills: organized, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong customer service skills
• WFH capability – smart phone, private work space, high speed internet

Pay Details: $25.09/hour - $25.09/hour
