Daily Responsibilities:
The remote Healthcare Customer Service Representative will be responsible for: Answering incoming calls from patients regarding their medical prescription. They are either placing mail orders for patients, or checking the status of the medications, and when they are arriving. They may escalate and transfer the calls as needed, if the patient’s call turns into a billing/claim question.

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, from 2:30pm to 11:00pm
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, and Sunday, from 2:30pm to 11:00pm
