Assignment Details for this Travel Long Term Care LPN Role:
- Guaranteed Hours: 40-hour schedule
- 8-hour shifts: evenings shift
- Every Other Weekend & Holiday
- 13-week contract with potential to extend
Requirements of this Travel Long Term Care LPN Role:
- Active LPN License in Washington required
- 12 months applicable experience in LTC/SNF/LTAC
- BLS Certification from the American Heart Association
