What we are looking for:
A Sales and Relationship Manager is responsible for the sale of HST’s product offering in a specified region or geographical area. A Sales and Relationship Manager ensures profitable growth in sales revenue, through planning and execution of a regional sales plan. The Sales and Relationship Manager will build territorial knowledge of all ASC facilities and ASC Management Companies. The Sales and Relationship Manager will be responsible for dissemination and promotion of HST.
The Sales and Relationship Manager must be friendly, well-spoken and ready to build or close the deal. The Sales and Relationship Manager will play a fundamental role in achieving HST’s; 1) Increased knowledge of territorial ASCs and Management Companies, 2) Ambitious customer acquisition and 3) Revenue growth objectives, selling HST products and ancillary services.
Responsibilities:
The Individual must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with sales support, partners, generating interest, qualifying clients, building and closing sales.
- Meets regional sales financial objectives; expands customer base by cold calling, relationship building, attending regional and national trade shows, building rapport with existing customers; identifying new customer opportunities.
- Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks.
- Maintain and update the company CRM.
- Maintain and update the company Schedule.
- Provide Weekly Sales Reports
- Research accounts, identify key industry influencers and generate interest in HST products
- Source and close client sales opportunities through outbound calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Identify and own qualified opportunities for further development and closure
- Build and close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
- Maintain and expand your database of client prospects
- Team with partners to further sales
- Perform effective online and in person demos to prospects
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day
- Proficient with corporate productivity and web presentation tools
- Experience working with Microsoft CRM SalesForce or similar
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Strong listening and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Work hours are a minimum of 40 hours per week. This is an operational, exempt, salaried position that may require additional hours due to project deadlines and/or travel. Position requires overnight travel.
