What are the responsibilities and job description for the Physical Therapist - PRN position at Healthcare Therapy Services, Inc?
Description
HTS is currently hiring Physical Therapists to join the PRN team at a large continuing care retirement facility located in Goshen, Indiana. The primary role of the PT in this position will be to conduct evaluations, progress notes/recerts and discharges on a PRN basis. We have a mixture of weekday and weekend PRN needs. We have a part time/consistent PRN opportunity as well.
PRN with HTS is very flexible; work when coverage needed matches your availability.
Licensed new grads are welcome to apply!
Requirements
Applicants must have an active Indiana Physical Therapist license or must have the necessary qualifications to earn an Indiana License, including completion of a nationally accredited program and subsequent passing of national licensure exam.
Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States. Proof of eligibility will be required upon offer of employment.
