Job Summary
Serves as an expert resource on accreditation / regulatory and licensure standards and expectations for compliance. Evaluate the compliance of Children's of Alabama with required regulatory guidelines and standards including TJC, CMS, and OSHA.
Performs routine audits and inspections throughout the organization for adherence to standards, rules and regulations. Educates and assists staff with continued regulatory readiness.
Education
BS in business or health related field required. Master's degree in health-related field preferred
Experience
5 years experience in health related field with regulatory compliance experience in developing corrective action plans preferred.
