How you can make a difference
The Scrum Master is a servant leader at the team level and has primary responsibility to drive and facilitate team level solution delivery, clear roadblocks, and helps to ensure the software development lifecycle practices are understood and followed on assigned teams. The Scrum Master also has primary responsibility to report out on progress toward goals and objectives, helps track risks and dependencies and participates in Scrum of Scrum meetings to coordinate efforts between other teams. Scrum Masters are responsible for removing blockers and solving problems among the Scrum teams.

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in technology related field preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or ® Scrum Master (SSM) required
- SAFe Advanced Scrum Master (SASM) or equivalent preferred
Work Experience or Related Experience:
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in Agile and SCRUM software development environments
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as Scrum Master required
Specialized Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Strong organizational skills required
- Demonstrated leadership skills
- Demonstrated relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid presentation and facilitation skills.
- Diplomatically solve problems and resolve conflict
- Experience with Kanban and Scrumban a plus
- Proven ability to facilitate and lead multiple teams in Agile, Lean, and Scrum Methodologies
- Proven ability to analyze performance level data and identify and implement improvements
- Proven ability to influence others without authority
- Knowledge of Team Foundation Server (TFS) a plus
- Experience working with Systems Teams a plus

Salary Range
$91000.00 To $141000.00 / yearBenefits & Perks
The compensation range describes the typical minimum or maximum base pay range for this position. The actual compensation offer is determined based on job-related knowledge, education, skills, experience, and work location.
