We are currently seeking a qualified Epic OpTime Analyst to join our dynamic team and contribute to the advancement of healthcare technology.

Position Overview:

As an Epic OpTime Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing the use of the Epic OpTime module within our client's healthcare system. You will be responsible for ensuring the successful implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Epic OpTime system to streamline surgical operations and improve overall efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess EPIC Optime Certification, a minimum of 2 years of experience as an Optime Analyst, and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare or information technology.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clinical stakeholders to understand and analyze surgical workflows
• Configure and customize the Epic OpTime module to meet the specific needs of the organization
• Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective utilization of the Epic OpTime system
• Participate in system testing, troubleshooting, and optimization efforts
• Stay updated on industry best practices and advancements in surgical technology
• Maintain documentation and provide regular reports on system performance and usage metrics

Qualifications:

• EPIC Optime Certification is mandatory
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Optime Analyst
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, information technology, or related field, or commensurate experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Willingness to relocate if necessary and live within an hour's drive of the hospital

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
