Consults with users to identify current operating procedures and to clarify program objectives. Being an EHR Certified Application Analyst I may be expected to write documentation describing program development, logic, coding, and corrections. Requires a bachelor's degree in a related area. Additionally, EHR Certified Application Analyst I requires certification in one or more dedicated modules, such as Scheduling, Emergency Room, Patient Registration, or other medical specialty.
