Duties:
- Accurately enter data into our systems, utilizing our database management tools.
- Manage and maintain our databases, ensuring data is up-to-date and accurate.
- Perform administrative tasks, including order entry and office management.
- Utilize basic math skills to calculate and manage inventory levels.
- Transcribe data from various sources, including handwritten documents and audio recordings.
- Use Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel, to analyze and track data.
- Maintain a high level of organization, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Demonstrate excellent typing skills, with the ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless data entry and management processes.
Experience:
- Prior experience in data entry or a related field is required.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Excel, is essential.
- Experience with database management tools is a significant asset.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Experience with order entry and office management is desirable.
