Telemarketing Manager
Overview
HealthXL® provides virtual healthcare services to enrolled patients. The role of Telemarketing Manager (TM) requires the ability to lead, motivate, and maximize the sign-up of new participants into company programs. This full time, Tampa, FL based position reports via matrix to the Director of Sales and Director, Program Operations and has flexibility for a blend of in-office and remote.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of leading a team of skilled telemarketers in expanding program participation among a pre-identified, pre-qualified prospect base
- Hires, trains, and leads telemarketers in achieving program growth objectives
- Hands on daily coaching of telemarketers to maximize their personal selling success
- Creates competitive and merit-based environment to inspire exemplary performance
- Utilizes metrics to assist in achieving activity and closing rates
- Supports Vision, Mission, and Values of HealthXL®
Qualifications
- Demonstrates iCARE values: Integrity, Growth, Excellence
- Bachelors degree, or equivalent success in high activity selling
- Healthcare experience not required as demonstrated Telemarketing skills are more important
- Displays high energy, high initiative, goal orientation
- Leads by example
- Able to handle multiple competing priorities while meeting challenging objectives
