THE POSITION
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) is a crucial position in our practice and collaborates with our doctors and other staff to provide the best possible care for our patients. A successful person in this position will:
1. Put into practice our core values (work towards continuous improvement , strive to provide optimal results for patients, educate patients and potential patients, provide the best possible patient experience, earn the trust of patients and potential patients).
2. Listen to patients and potential patients, asking questions to discover their concerns and frustrations so that we can best solve their problems.
3. As part of our treatment process, educate patients and potential patients about the importance of properly treating hearing loss and what constitutes optimal treatment (extensive training will be provided).
4. Join the rest of the staff in helping us continually improve the care we provide by participating on our planning and monitoring process and staff meetings, as well as teaching other staff what you learn from training and experience.
5. Manage the following:
- Handling phone inquiries from potential patients
- Handling phone calls from current patients
- Welcoming and checking out patients
- Maintain Facility appearance
- Billing service liaison
- Hearing device order tracking / inventory management
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
