We're looking to hire a Guest Relations Manager (GRM) to serve our wonderful guests and provide business office support.

The best candidate will be enthusiastic and passionate about providing care to others and impacting the communities we serve. The job includes front desk/ office work primarily, inventory management, scheduling, phone outreach to current guests, and maintaining 5-star hospitality. While office experience is required, hearing health training is provided on-site. Hours for the position are as follows: Monday - Thursday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.50 - $21.50 per hour

Expected hours: 32 – 36 per week
