What are the responsibilities and job description for the Real Estate Agent position at Heart and Home Partners?
A very busy real estate team is looking for 5 licensed agents or soon-to-be licensed agents to join our team. Sales experience is not necessarily required, however, this is for serious applicants only, not for agents that are looking to merely dabble in real estate.
This would be for you if you:
- Are a new or newer agent and would like to get your business off to a quick start.
- If you are an agent that has done the same sales numbers for the past few years and would like to double or triple their business (and not lose any money to team splits)
- If you want to grow your business in any of these areas: Listings, Buyers, Pre-Construction, New Homes, Expireds, FSBO’s, and/or Farming communities

Qualifications:
- A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
- Show good organizational and time management skills
- Great communication and social skills

- A proven record of sales experience and success is preferred however not mandatory, we will at all applicants.
Part-time hours: 30-60 per week
