Description
Clinical supervisor will supervise four case planners in a General Prevention Program. The clinical supervisor provides weekly supervision, participates in weekly staff meetings and clinical consultation meetings and provides direct services to clients when necessary; either with the case planners or in place of case planner when they are not able to see clients. Supervisors oversee the day to day operations with the Program Director and has strong written and verbal skills. Will also approve and review all work done by case planners. Every case will get a case review monthly. Supervisors will assist in Solution Based Casework model and facilitate case consultations for their team.
Qualifications
Minimum Education: Master's degree or equivalent
Preferred Education: Master's degree or equivalent
Experience: The candidate will have a master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or Licensed Art Therapist or Mental Health Counselor and knowledge of Child Welfare, including experience in foster care, preventive services or related field is also favorable. Good verbal and written communication skills are also required, as well as being computer literate. Experience running staff trainings, psycho-educational groups, and Bilingual is strongly preferred.
