Responsibilities:
- Maintains clean, safe work environments throughout store.
- Pick up and dispose of trash.
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Use of industrial cleaning equipment and supplies for cleaning floors.
- Clean and stock bathroom supplies.
- Perform bathroom cleaning checks.
- Maintain inventory on cleaning supplies.
- Assist departments when applicable.
Qualifications:
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must possess a sense of urgency and the ability to work independently to achieve daily tasks.
- Must exhibit enthusiasm, respect, adaptability, flexibility, and spirit of cooperation.
- Must possess the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Must be production driven with the ability to work continuously on repetitive tasks, while standing.
- Must possess the ability to frequent lift and/or move up to 50 lbs.
- Must possess the ability to work in temperatures ranging from -20 to 50 degrees.
- Must be willing to take on additional responsibilities during peak holiday seasons.
- Must be willing to work the amount of hours required to meet company objectives, with the understanding that occasionally business needs will require additional time.
- Must be willing to work the non-traditional five-day work schedule, including Saturday, Sunday, and some evenings when necessary.
