Heliotrope Brewery, a bustling, hyper local brewpub with a small, open air kitchen seeks two cooks. Potential for growth in hours and responsibilities. Knowledge of food preparation, and service, as well as ability and desire to learn multiple tasks for a rotating menu. Looking for someone who is passionate about food, excited about building relationships with local producers, and is a dependable, hard worker. Collaboration and creativity is encouraged. Job Duties:
- Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications
- Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
- Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
- Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
