Job Posting for Lead Foreman at Helitech Waterproofing

Local and established Waterproofing and Foundation Repair company in Springfield, MO seeking full time employment for experienced Foreman with waterproofing, structural repair, and general construction knowledge. Starting pay is $23.00 per hour and up, depending on experience. Opportunities to increase up to $35.00 per hour when promoted. Class E license required for all Foreman (can obtain after employed). Foreman in Training program for new hires if qualified. This employment opportunity is a great chance to start a career with a growing organization. Essential activities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Ability to work in confined spaces.
  • Ability to follow direction.
  • Manual digging and lifting 80-100 pounds.
  • Available to work long hours and some occasional Saturdays.
  • Concrete labor/Moving concrete, setting forms.
