National Sales Associate - Restoration and Insurance Verticals

Position Purpose:
The National Sales Associate plays a pivotal role in driving the growth of Helix by targeting Restoration Contractors, Contractor Networks, and Insurance Agents. This individual will encourage them to sign up for our SaaS platform and service our national clientele for emergency services.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard Restoration Contractors, Contractor Networks, and Insurance Agents to our platform.
Account Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
Sales Strategy: Understand market trends and competitors to develop effective sales strategies.
Product Knowledge: Become an expert in our SaaS offering to demonstrate its value proposition effectively.
Travel: Visit potential clients, attend industry events, and represent Helix at various platforms.
Reporting: Provide timely reports on sales metrics, forecasts, and industry feedback to the director of business development.
Commission Achievement: Achieve (and aim to exceed) monthly and annual sales targets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and product teams to align on strategies and drive growth.
Compensation:
Base Salary Commission
30/60/90 Day Plan:
- First 30 Days:
- Onboard with the team, understand company culture, and familiarize with the product offerings.
- Attend product training sessions and workshops.
- Shadow Dir. of Business Develeopment for hands-on experience.
- (30-60 Days):
- Initiate contact with potential clients and start building a pipeline.
- Attend trade shows and events, representing Helix.
- Provide feedback to the product team based on market and client requirements.
- (60-90 Days):
- Start closing deals and signing up new contractors and insurance agents.
- Analyze performance metrics and make necessary adjustments in sales strategies.
- Establish a solid sales routine and process.
Reporting To:
Director of Business Development
Desired Qualities and Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, preferably in the restoration and insurance sectors.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel as required.
- Demonstrable ability to drive sales and grow business.
- Knowledge of SaaS platforms will be an added advantage.
