What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist position at Helix Electric, Inc.?
Our Receptionist/Office Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative support functions to ensure essential front desk tasks are covered.
DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES & SCOPE:
- Receives, sorts and delivers office mail daily.
- Prepares outgoing mail daily and FedEx as needed.
- Coordinate travel for corporate personnel.
- Direct calls to the appropriate person, voicemail, or takes messages as directed/necessary.
- Direct group distribution emails to the appropriate person.
- Assist with any special projects.
- Order and stock office supplies.
- Updates to corporate intranet.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Minimum of High School diploma required.
- Minimum of 1 years in a similar role.
- Detail oriented, organized, and efficient individual able to complete tasks in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide outstanding customer service internally to our fellow employees, vendors, and customers.
- Ability to create spreadsheets, graphs, charts and experience with Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.
