Parts Specialist

LAI Games is an arcade experience company that connects people with games. We’re building an arcade experience ecosystem that consists of physical arcade games, consumer and location-based VR games and experiences, and other exciting arcade-based titles that connect, engage, and delight players across physical and virtual worlds.

Job Summary 

The Parts Specialist will support the daily operations of LAI Games by processing all aspects relating to the sale of spare parts to customers worldwide while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Interface with both internal and external customers through phone calls, emails, and the Freshdesk system to supply spare parts to all customers worldwide.   
• Prepare quotes in a timely manner to send to our customers to generate sales orders to fulfill spare parts globally and follow up as necessary.   
• Properly track and execute personal and company KPIs to meet deadlines, initiatives, and expectations.   
• Work closely with the support team to provide timely, relevant answers to inquiries regarding the availability of parts for games.   
• Working with the Supply Chain Team both Stateside and abroad to aid in the timely fulfillment of our parts to customers.  
• Maintaining ticket queue while ensuring outstanding customer service is provided.   
• Complete Cycle counts and work with the team on inventories as necessary.  
• Support and execute organizational goals, objectives, and decisions in a positive manner as directed.  
• Other duties as assigned. 

Required Skills and Experience:

• Positive, upbeat personality and willingness to constantly be learning something new.  
• Ability to establish and maintain positive and cooperative working relationships with employees, clients, contractors, and the public.  
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment while having attention to detail. 
• Basic computing and technical proficiency in Windows-based programs such as Office 365 and ERP systems.  
• A basic technical aptitude related to electronic components is preferred. 
• Minimum 1-year experience in customer-facing, service, and order-processing positions.  
• Possibly be able to work flexible hours due to many clients being based internationally.  
• Some work out of normal work hours may be expected, including occasional weekends (if applicable and approved). 

Qualifications/Education:

• Netsuite proficiency. 
• Proficient in Microsoft 365. 
• Ticketing system experience.
• Tertiary Education.

• Day shift.
• Monday to Friday.
