Full job description
- Pay: $45K/yr Performance-based bonus.

Prep Cook Duties:
- Ensures perfect pastry/cake is prepared for every Guest, every meal.
- Able to follow and execute special keto recipes, procedural direction, and prep lists.
- Maintains compliance with applicable health, safety, food handling, and hygiene codes and standards.
- Manage work flow, orders, and inventory.
- Performs all duties and responsibilities according to the established processes.
Qualifications:
- High-volume experience in commercial kitchen experience preferred (2 years).
- Valid state accredited food safety and handling certification preferred (will provide if does not have).
- Detail-oriented and able to follow recipes.
- Ability to work independently.
- Must be eighteen (18) years of age.
- Prolonged periods of standing and working up to 8 hours.
- Must be able to lift, balance, and carry up to 50 pounds for distances of up to 50 feet.
