Job Description
- Build and manage your sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets
- Own the entire company wide sales pipeline
- Tie together key DM’s and influencers within accounts towards successful outcomes using MEDDIC strategy.
- Master the Hellohire platform, use cases, workflows and customer stories
- Present Custom Presentation Decks SaaS contracts
- Constantly Identify opportunities for networking, referrals and expansion
Qualifications
- 3 years experience as an Account Executive within a SaaS company or Corporate Recruiting
- Proven track record in achieving targets & goals within the role
- Fluent English speaker with outstanding written and verbal communication skills; you have the ability to read, interpret, and clarify customers' goals, and then craft thoughtful responses to help them achieve those goals
- Tech Savvy - loves software, tech and excited to learn new software
- Excellent presentation skills
- Exceptional CRM and tech tool skills
- Coachable, and looking to grow professionally
Nice to have
- Previous experience with a SaaS platform
- Experience working at an early stage startup
- Experience working as an external recruiter
