Overnight Experience Specialist (Customer Support)

at Landing Birmingham, AL About the Role :

We are looking for an Evening Community Manager to join us at Landing! In this role, youll respond to emails, phone calls, and chats during the evening hours with shifts that could fall anywhere between the hours of 4 : 00 pm - 12 : 00 am to ensure that our members concerns are taken care of at all times of the day.

You would also work one weekend day per week (Thursday-Sunday or Tuesday-Saturday).

About the Team :

Our Member Experience team leads the way to make sure that our members have a world class experience throughout their Landing journey.

Our Community Managers respond to members questions and concerns throughout the day. Youll get to work with a tight knit, fun group of people that are passionate about creating an incredible experience for our members.

What Youll Do :

  • Deliver exceptional customer service to Landing members via phone, text, chat, and email requests
  • Communicate with independent contractors in-market (Landing Hosts) as they perform cleanings, installations, and other home services for our members.
  • Coordinate member move-in and move-out of Landing homes.
  • Own the resolution of member issues, including diligent follow-up between members, hosts, and our properties.
  • Secure the coordination of checkout and member extensions.
  • Provide expert property knowledge to guide members throughout their Landing journey.

What You Need :

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule in our Birmingham office 4 : 00pm - 12 : 00am
  • 1 years of delivering exceptional customer service
  • Strong communication skills, both written and via phone.
  • Well organized and able to use different administrative tools simultaneously.
  • Kind, self-motivated and hardworking, a history of achieving targets.
  • Customer-focused approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Tech-savvy - Familiarity with Mac, Google Drive, Excel.
  • Nice to have : bilingual with communication skills in both English and Spanish
