Dynamic innovative digital agency looking for an Account Manager to support, contribute and learn in a high-paced, team agency environment.

The position offers the opportunity to participate in both internal and client-facing meetings, starting with discovery and information gathering and continuing on to business analysis and marketing data from multiple sources.

Support our clients and our team through concise communication, the ability to prioritize, and the process of working to understand goals and KPIs supported by data analysis.

We are looking for a highly motivated self-starter who can work both independently and as an active member of a team. The right candidate will be eager to contribute and take part in even the smallest tasks that will ultimately lead us to successfully complete a project or deliverable.

While some basic research and data entry will be involved, we are committed to ensuring that this position is empowered to identify skills the candidate is interested in building. Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple client accounts by serving as the primary client contact and maintaining and nurturing each client relationship
  • Monitor and manage all ongoing activities related to your clients, including progress and deliverables, making sure tasks are delivered on time and within scope/budget
  • Represent clients internally while collaborating with development, design, content, creative, PR, media buying, and other internal departments
  • Implement and execute client projects as needed
  • Identify, elevate, and address potential account risks
  • Lead client meetings and presentations
  • Report client statuses in weekly internal staff meetings
  • Set goals and expectations and priorities for your clients
  • Conduct quarterly client meetings to recap the previous quarter and set goals for the next quarter
  • Identify new opportunities with existing clients
  • Establish relationships with new clients
  • Analyze marketing data and summarize findings
  • Use spreadsheets to combine multiple data sources and create reports
Requirements:
  • Based in Maine or willing to relocate.
  • Experience in a corporate or small agency setting preferred.
  • Working knowledge of marketing, ideally ecommerce, paid advertising, SEO, social media, online research, and proficiency in programs including: Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Docs and Sheets. Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) a plus.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative environment and is highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic, and has a sense of humor.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
