Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple client accounts by serving as the primary client contact and maintaining and nurturing each client relationship
- Monitor and manage all ongoing activities related to your clients, including progress and deliverables, making sure tasks are delivered on time and within scope/budget
- Represent clients internally while collaborating with development, design, content, creative, PR, media buying, and other internal departments
- Implement and execute client projects as needed
- Identify, elevate, and address potential account risks
- Lead client meetings and presentations
- Report client statuses in weekly internal staff meetings
- Set goals and expectations and priorities for your clients
- Conduct quarterly client meetings to recap the previous quarter and set goals for the next quarter
- Identify new opportunities with existing clients
- Establish relationships with new clients
- Analyze marketing data and summarize findings
- Use spreadsheets to combine multiple data sources and create reports
- Based in Maine or willing to relocate.
- Experience in a corporate or small agency setting preferred.
- Working knowledge of marketing, ideally ecommerce, paid advertising, SEO, social media, online research, and proficiency in programs including: Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Docs and Sheets. Adobe CS (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator) a plus.
- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and is highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic, and has a sense of humor.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and customer service skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
