Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. As a BCBA, you will play a crucial role in providing behavioral therapy and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. Your expertise and knowledge will help improve the lives of children and adults by implementing effective behavior intervention plans. Duties: - Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - Implement behavior intervention strategies and provide direct supervision to behavior technicians - Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans - Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure consistent implementation of behavior programs - Provide training and support to parents, caregivers, and staff on behavioral techniques and strategies - Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress, including session notes, data sheets, and reports - Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations Skills: - Strong background in patient care, particularly working with individuals with developmental disabilities - Experience working with children is highly preferred - Proficient in conducting assessments and developing behavior intervention plans - Knowledge of medical terminology and documentation practices - Familiarity with behavioral health principles and techniques, particularly Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) - Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data for decision-making purposes - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail We offer competitive compensation packages based on experience.
