Your Tasks
As part of our international software team in our Wroclaw office, you will be responsible for continuous, innovative recruitment, but also support the development of new recruitment models.
- Management of end-to-end recruitment projects: from requirements assessment with our hiring managers from different departments, sourcing and selection of candidates, telephone screenings, and face-to-face/online interviews to the hiring phase.
Developing employer branding and talent acquisition solutions - Driving sourcing efforts, selecting suitable portals to identify potential candidates and take on the active sourcing approach
- Collaborating with career offices, representing the company & product during job fairs and other EB events to raise the brand profile on the job market
Facilitating and accelerating the proper onboarding process
Our Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience in recruiting - ideally for IT position
- Knowledge in the software environment
- The ability to communicate fluently in English - both spoken and written
- Proven track record in active sourcing, social media and employer brand promotion, creativity in finding innovative solutions to improve recruitment
- A good level of self-motivation: readiness to take ownership and work independently, a drive for getting things done
- Service orientation and organizational skills
- The ability to work well under pressure and to respond quickly to new demands
Out-of-the-box and creative thinking skills - Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and good command of MS Office knowledge
Would be an asset:
Experience in working within geographically dispersed teams, managing cross-functional global projects and stakeholders abroad
