Position: Drug Synthesis Researcher
Location：Lianyungang
Responsibilities:
1. Independently conduct literature retrieval and formulate the synthetic routes of compounds or APIs;
2. Independently complete the opening of the synthetic route of compound or API and small-scale research, solve the technical problems in the process development, and cooperate with the pilot department to carry out process amplification;
3. Independently carry out structural characterization of compounds or APIs, including nuclear magnetic resonance full spectrum, mass spectrometry and other spectra analysis;
4. Cooperate with the analysis department to carry out quality research;
5. Independently complete the writing of the relevant parts of materials in the drug application materials;
6. Other work required for project implementation.
Job Requirements:
1. Full-time master's degree and doctor's degree in organic synthesis, pharmaceutical chemistry and related majors;
2. Master the basic knowledge of organic synthesis and compound structure characterization, be familiar with the operation of organic synthesis experiment unit, and have the basic literature retrieval and English literature reading ability;
3. Be able to systematically record experimental data and write reports;
4. Proficient in using office software such as Chemoffice and Office;
5. Have strong learning ability, working ability, pressure resistance ability and team spirit, and be able to communicate and cooperate well with colleagues.

Pay: $63,251.57 - $147,925.31 per year
