YOUR ROLE
- Responsible for growing profitable volume, distribution and share of products at the Target Account for Henkel Hair Products.
- Primary contact on items relating to daily operations of the customer business for Henkel Hair Products.
- Achieve merchandising objectives, new item acceptance, and budget adherence
- Develop a strategic partnership with Target that delivers on both Henkel’s net sales, profitability, and market share targets and Target’s aligned financial metrics
- Builds an in-depth knowledge & understanding of the Target’s corporate strategies and local market dynamics.
- Works with the team to leverage knowledge that drives winning solutions
- Comfortable negotiating and ensuring delivery of agreed upon metrics and contract value Manage supply chain initiatives through S&OP process to optimize gross sales, profitability, new fulfillment opportunities, and improvements on chargebacks
- Builds and maintains a strategic and transformational relationship with all key stakeholders at Target:
- Laundry Category Buyer, Sourcing Buyer, Product Development Team, and Hair Buyers
- Collaborates across the internal commercial team both within sales (Category Management, Net Revenue Management and Sales Strategy) and across other internal stakeholders (marketing, demand planning, finance, etc.) to build insight-led, profitable, and strategic growth plans across the 5 P’s
- Develop customized programs designed to drive profitable volume while owning sales forecast ensuring accuracy and data integrity
- Expert in creating selling stories/presentations to influence positive outcomes with customer
YOUR SKILLS
- Bachelor's degree
- 5 years of experience within Consumer Products Industry
- Strong written & verbal communication skills
- Time management skills- is able to prioritize multiple tasks
- Develop solutions to a variety of complex problems
- Represents organization as a primary contact on contracts or projects
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret and action data with fact-based selling skills Excel & PowerPoint skills
