- The Analytical Chemist will be responsible for lab-based reporting and analytics in support of our Direct Delivery Polymers (DDP) business whose products are used by our customers in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Identifies opportunities for performance improvements
- Leads one or multiple analytical projects critical to business
- Actively makes specialized knowledge available to the organization
- Acts as an ambassador for the DDP/Transdermal community of Henkel Adhesive Technologies both internally and externally
- Identifies and engages valuable internal partners
- Steers and facilitates knowledge sharing and supports project teams in solving problems
- Acts as an advisor for management and steering committees
