YOUR ROLE- Coordinate and schedule meetings and trainings, including working with technical colleagues to ensure A/V systems are scheduled and operational
- Manage calendars and T&E reporting for attorneys
- Manage monthly law firm billing reconciliation and conflict resolution
- Conduct contract Archiving and Retrieval
- Manage supplies for Stamford Legal group
- Track and report attendance at training provided by attorneys and paralegals
- Provide ad hoc support to attorneys and paralegals as needed. Upon general return to office of Henkel’s Stamford, CT, personnel, this will be a full-time onsite role in the Stamford office, with up to 2 days per week telecommuting.
