YOUR ROLE- Manage the Henkel Consumer Brands (HCB), Dial Professional, Direct and Indirect B2B Distribution throughout the Western Region.
- Responsible for developing sales plans to meet or exceed KP and margin targets within the territory.
- Build and manage sales broker relationships in the territory working together to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Develop and maintain relationships with strategic distribution partners and their DSR’s.
- Lead external sales teams to end user targets within the Hospitality, Foodservice, & Education Verticals
- Maintain customer forecasts to ensure accuracy of product availability for the territory.
- Track and manage trade spending with distributors within the territory.
- Travel to distributor meetings, trade shows, end users as needed to grow the business within the assigned territory of: CA, NV, NM, OR, WA, AZ, UT, CO, MT, WY, ID
