Henne Jewelers has been Pittsburgh’s Jewelers for Life since 1887. We are in the process of creating a one-of-a-kind retail experience and are looking for individuals who share in our passion for jewelry and celebrations to join our staff as a Client Service Lead.

This position will be a key member of our team and will work collaboratively to support the administrative needs of the sales team. While ensuring that the showroom and back-office function smoothly, additional responsibilities may include:

  • Providing excellent service to our clients who visit us at our showroom, or reach out to us via phone, webchat, etc.
  • Assisting sales associates and clients with the details of the sales process (i.e., initiating & tracking customer special orders and repairs, ringing the sale, gift wrapping, financing, initiating warranties).
  • Assist with processing completed repair tracking in the computer system and preparing them for customer pick up
  • Tracking and scheduling all in store and virtual appointment requests (as appropriate).
  • Coordinating the morning meeting schedule: seek out presenters, research topics, manage presenter schedule and topics, post meeting notes.
  • Maintaining store organization and observing inventory of supplies and stock.
  • Overseeing the cash drawer balancing to ensure closing goes smoothly.
  • Becoming knowledgeable of fraud detection and assisting with fraud prevention.

This position provides competitive pay, $50,000 - $60,000 / year based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits and a professional working environment. Henne Jewelers closes most evenings at 5pm and is closed on Sundays. In addition, Henne Jewelers will provide the training and education necessary for you to accomplish your job.
