Business/Corporate/Employment Law Attorney
Henningson & Snoxell, Ltd., located in Maple Grove, is looking for an experienced full-time Business Law Attorney looking for a work-life balance without the hassles of working downtown. The right attorney will be licensed to practice law in the state of Minnesota, have at least 6-10 years of related experience, and be passionate about providing advice and counsel to clients on business and corporate matters.

Interest in employment law issues and non-profit law is highly desired. A portable book of business and a referral network are required.

Responsibilities:
- Formation and dissolution of entities
- Negotiating and drafting contracts in many different industries
- Providing employment law advice and drafting necessary documentation, such as employment agreements, severance agreements and employee handbooks
- Advising non-profit companies regarding governance, employment, and all aspects of their organization Advising business owners on general business and corporate law matters.
Required Experience:
- Business/Corporate law: At Least 6-10 years
- A portable book of business and referral network
- Strong marketing skills
- Must have strong communication skills and legal writing, as well as the ability to build relationships
License/Certification:
- Attorney license in Minnesota (Required)
Work Location: In-person with some flexibility
