- Learn our sales system, schedule appointments and meet with clients virtually - Complete initial phone discovery to match client's with the best insurance solutions, and present options via consultative appointment following our process.
- Develop and foster relationships - Maintain close communications with clients to ensure policies are placed and clients are protected! Ability to help client's will allow for referral opportunities, and ability to grow your portfolio, while also growing your impact.
- Meet and exceed targets - Achieve monthly and quarterly individual goals for yourself.
- Track progress and results - Tracking is key, tracking activity and ket metrics will allow your mentor to provide coaching to help you grow in the role.
