What are the responsibilities and job description for the Water Well Crew Member position at Henry Pump?
Henry Pump provides state-of-the-art products and services for the energy industry. Innovative products designed by producers for producers, Henry Pump provides the tools to make field operations more efficient. Henry Pump is looking for Water Well Crew Member. Electrical knowledge and pulling unit experience is recommended, but not required. Working in a small team under the direction of the Crew Leader, members will go out daily to locations where they will pull, diagnose, and re-install water well pump equipment.
Duties:
- Build and or repair water transfer systems (prior experience is a plus but we will train)
- Use effective communication to work in crews under crew leader
- Travel to designated locations to pull, diagnose, and re-install water well pump equipment
- Trouble shoot problem(s)
- Physically demanding
- This position is mostly outdoors. Will be working in all weather conditions including but not limited to high heat and inclement weather
- Know and use the appropriate PPE for scope of tasks being completed
- Follow All Safety Policies
- Weekend and After Hours Work Required on Occasions
Qualifications:
- PPE is provided
- Clean Driving Record (CDL preferred)
- Valid Texas Driver's License
- Ability to work in team environment
- Have some electrical knowledge
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop, kneel, twist, stretch, and/or reach with your body, arms, and/or legs
- Pass Background and Drug Screening
Due to business needs of emergency calls, candidates need to live within 30 miles of Midland/Odessa. Must have reliable transportation.
