Customer Service Representative

Our goal is to provide professional towing and road service assistance of the highest quality and value with efficient, friendly and compassionate solutions to each customer’s specific needs.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, addressing their inquiries, and ensuring their satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner

- Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issue resolution

- Provide accurate information about services

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information

- Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved

- Collaborate with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction goals

Experience:

- Previous experience in customer service or a related field is preferred

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers

- Multilingual skills are a plus

- Strong customer service skills, including active listening and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions

- Familiarity with phone etiquette and call center procedures

**Available Shifts**

• 7am-7pm- Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday
• 9am-5pm- Monday - Friday

**MUST BE ABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS IF NEEDED**

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour

• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
