What are the responsibilities and job description for the CDS - Administrative Assistant - Irving, TX position at Henry Schein Financial Services, LLC?
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
Processing credit applications: Via email or through Salesforce API with lending partners. Create Finance Request in Salesforce and maintain current transaction statuses.
Daily communication with Equipment, Sales Operations, and Credit Teams regarding customer orders that are financed. Update order terms and attach purchase orders in the equipment system to expedite processing.
Generate invoices in equipment system for orders that are delivered. Prepare invoices with specific information needed for funding. Submit to lender and update Salesforce. Major emphasis on account receivable and follow up help for final payment of invoices.
Partnering with FSSR to provide necessary information needed for transaction documentation, including but not limited to invoices, orders, and proformas.
Maintain current approval and estimated finance close dates in Salesforce.
Use all dashboards available to FSSR and HSFS Teams in Salesforce to maintain accurate business performance.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Keeps Manager informed of any conflicts or problems.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
Computer knowledge: Word, Excel, Windows, Microsoft Outlook, Salesforce, as well as Internet basics.
Understanding of loan processing
Mathematical aptitude and computer applications skills required
