JOB OVERVIEW:
This position is responsible for managing relationships with existing marketplace suppliers and for planning and managing the timeline, resources and results of the Marketplace program. The Marketplace Program Manager works closely with internal and external partners to ensure plans are executed properly, yielding profitable results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Effectively collaborates with business & technology stakeholders to grow and scale the success of our marketplace suppliers.
- Analyzes and provides insights on the product sales and category performance in weekly and monthly business review meetings including leadership reviews.
- Develops efficient mechanisms to seek customer feedback and business requirements that convert into achievable enhancements on the product roadmap.
- Operates at scale and identifies key dependencies between partner teams and opportunities for new programs that impact the customer experience.
- Establishes mechanisms that convert manual processes into repeatable and scalable playbooks.
- Closely manages relationships with existing supplier partners, ensuring effective collaboration, communication and alignment between the company and it’s suppliers.
- Scopes and creates project plans, develops processes, coordinates and drives execution, and communicates to senior management on status, risks and process/product changes.
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
- Strong proven project management experience to own strategic, tactical, cross-functional and technology projects and programs across multiple verticals.
- Cross-team coordination, project management and executive presentation skills are essential.

PREFERRED EDUCATION:
Typically a Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in related discipline. Master's degree or global equivalent preferred. May hold two or more industry certifications.
TRAVEL / PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Travel typically less than 10%. Office environment. No special physical demands required.
The posted range for this position is $95,990-$167,983, which is the expected starting base salary range for an employee who is new to the role to fully proficient in the role. Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including prior experience, current skills, location/labor market, internal equity, etc.
This position is eligible for a bonus not reflected in the posted range.
