Overview
We are seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have phone etiquette, computer skills, customer service skills, and experience with Quickbooks Online.
Responsibilities
- Answer phones, check voicemails, and take orders over the phone
- Correspond with customers via email and phone in a professional manner
- Manage order details in our shipping software to troubleshoot any errors
- Reconcile and make various entries in Quickbooks Online
- Various bookkeeping and other misc. duties to be discussed in person

Pay: From $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
Schedule:
