In this position you are the voice of our dealership, communicating directly with our customers via phone, text, and email;
and coordinating directly with top dealership managers.

This role must be filled by just the correct individual. BDC agents communicate directly with our customers and coordinate data and information sharing among managers within our sales department.
Persons in this role will provide information to customers and coordinate customer visits.
Job Duties include :
- Answering customer questions and coordinating sales appointments
- Communicating directly with customers via multiple mediums
- Coordinating data sharing among senior managers and other staff members
- Properly using the best information technology systems in the industry
