What are the responsibilities and job description for the RN (ADON) position at Heritage Hall?
Assistant Director of Nursing
Heritage Hall is currently recruiting for an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON). The ADON oversees the clinical operations of the nursing department. This individual would assist the Director of Nursing in the design, implementation, and evaluation of nursing systems to ensure consistent delivery of care.
The ADON also works to maintain and promote resident rights as well as developing and maintaining positive working relationships with the residents, nursing home staff, families, and visitors.
Qualifications:
- Current RN/LPN licensure in the state of VA
- Prior experience in LTC or the geriatric population
- Prior healthcare experience
- Supervisory experience preferred
