Heritage Ministries is in growth mode and currently seeking a Benefits Manager to join our team! A Benefits Manager is responsible for administering, ensuring compliance, and providing strategy for employee benefit programs. This role manages corporate benefit specialists, partners with employee health, and is a key organizational culture steward who strives to provide solid internal customer service. Responsibilities:
- Responsible for development and goal setting for the Benefits department.
- Oversees the daily workflow of the department.
- Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations.
- Design, evaluate, and modify benefits policies to ensure that programs are current, competitive, and in compliance with legal requirements
- Identify and implement benefits to increase the quality of life for employees by working with brokers and researching benefits issues.
- Mediate between benefits providers and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questions or taking suggestions.
- Develop methods to improve employment policies, processes, and practices, and recommend changes to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field.
- Minimum three years of related benefits or employee benefits administration experience.
